Cartridge Heaters

 - Cartridge heaters manufactured with high technology, makes it possible to work under heavy conditions thanks to their high watt intensity.After 80/20 nickel-chrome wire is wrapped on to special ceramic, they are placed inside stainless steel cover, and high grade Magnesium Oxide is filled between cover and heater.Then they are compressed in special moulds to give high efficiency and perfect heat transfer.

- Besides Standard dimensions cartridge heaters are manufactured in special dimensions and values according to customer’s order.

 Thermocouple Cartridge of Resistance:

- Cartridge heaters out of the sincere FeConst (up to 400 º C) or NiCrNi (400 º C after) can be produced as termokupllu.

2 - Thermocouple ends in the middle of the body resistance to worth.

- Fly out to wear all kinds of pollution and to protect against mechanical damage by armored flexible metal spiral.

- Place restrictions on the area 90 º lik elbow protected output.

- Place restrictions on the 90 º lik cube output protected areas.

- Stainless or yellow as the flange is suitable for heating liquids.

- Stainless or yellow as the gland is suitable for heating liquids.
